It looks like you have read the other threads K8055 then. Have you compared settings?
Some of us run JRKS, but we have had to compare settings between ourselves, even with different motors.
Also, look up Floriskes motors in his thread and see if they are 24v. They are a decent motor as well.

Also please post pictures of your ride. From what you say, something is not quite right.
I have built 9 sim designs with wipers and big worm gear motors, all with motors in different spots.
Not to mention there are guys here with more experience then me,
Photos can help a great deal.

Thank you very much for helping me with my old motor. But I gave them up.

But now I have 2 new wiper motors.They are ok and my 2DOF would work but there is a problem. The drive shaft has only a length of 11mm and my lever has a width of 5mm. I can't find a solution to fix it properly. If the torque is too high the nut and lever will spin.
What do I need to extend the motor shaft?
