PROBLEM POT!!! HELP

Very good people good after having my simulator stopped and turned to pick up everything and I have a problem is that the signal is not stable potentiometers I have connected to the power supply 5v e sabertooth tested using several external sources such as magazines and such but nothing impressive signal peaks paste what I have ridden with and sabertooth velleman GREETINGS!

Hello ESKUDERO88 !

Your pot problem can have different origins :
:arrow: poor quality : are they cermet track ? (ceramic metal) or plastic track ?
:arrow: shear forces on pot inducing jumps on the track ...

Could you send pictures of the mounting ? it will be usefull for giving you the answer

Have you solved the problem ?

More hints
- Do you have tried with shielded wires ?
- Yours motors are eletrically isolated ?

I had the same Problem cutting down the Pot shaft and using shielded cables like telephone cable worked for me.
I connected the shield only to arduino gnd.
