Please help newbii! How to connect to UNO card ??

Hi, as a antusiasm to iracing i figure it would be fun to ad a motion seat. So far i gott motors/Uno card/potts and steer controllers . Thease operates under 24Volt just as motors do to, but i wondering if any one could please help me and tell how the wiering shall be conected from UNO card to my "steer controller", please see controller connection picture and tell what you think.

I would be most greatfull for support ;)

Hello Andpal!

Good start and good project!
So, you started with some unknown components :?
-> Can you you share more information about these 24V drivers : url link for specs, cost?

Some advices:
- protect your pin weldings by thermal shrink to avoid any short-circuits!
- I suppose your motor supports are for testing purpose (as they will be too weak...) ;)

What kind of 24V power supply will you use? (I don't see any on the picture...)

I do not think the original power amplifier of the wiper motors will work. You need H-Bridges with PWM input and direction input instead of only one speed. You may get the circuit description and break out the amplifier from the other part like the horn, but this is a big work. So I suggest to remove the black amplifier and buy H-Bridges.
Cables should be as short as possible! Not for testing, but if you have load.

Hi all !! :)

Thanks for your help in intresst, it's very very greatfull!!

Sins i am compleatly new to this i try to reda and understand the guide.

Right now i have wireed all and installed a (cut circus) switch "dont know the english word right now, but the result is when putt is at 0 it goes right and above it goes left so i hope this may work. It's moving in x-sim when i hit 10%-90% set output and that blow my mind i have Done something right ;)

But i do need help in baby langue :) how to setup x-sim to have the potts to work and make motor go to center etc.

I have used using your guide sirnoname and uploaded your firmwire to UNO and put the dll file in the correct mapp in x-sim.

But arter that i do not know how to procced, i hit the set output and getting movement but motor does not stop until time limit kills it !

Please please help me in baby langue from here!

// yes motors Will be replaced whit stronger ones and all will be putted under my playseat evolution seat for seat movement :)

Power supply is borrowed from work as i am working at a electric workshop and will buy some when know what to get
