ARDUINO , H-BRIDGE 36Volt Crazy Spinning

I have connect a 3v-36V Dual 15A H-Bridge DC Motor Driver on my arduino as follows...
Ard 5v <> Bridge 5+
Ard Gnd <> Bridge Gnd
Ard PWM1 <> Bridge PWM1
Ard PWM2 <> Bridge DIR1
Bridge Power <> 12v 16A Input PSU
Bridge Ground <> PSU Ground
Bridge Motor1 <> Servo1
Bridge Motor1 <> Servo1

The problem is that when i power up the circuit, the bridge sends the 12v directly to the motor witch spins like crazy. When i remove the 5v from the arduino then the spining stops.... I tested all my 4 bridges with same result.

You connect a PWM to the direction pin?

I have connected DIR1 of the bridge with the PWM PIN2 of the arduino and PWM of the Bridge with the PWM PIN3 of the arduino board!

Direction is no PWM!

The problem is that the servo spin like crazy when i plugin the 5 volts...
