ARDUINO , H-BRIDGE 36Volt Crazy Spinning

Postby bitMario » Fri 21. Feb 2014, 18:35

I have connect a 3v-36V Dual 15A H-Bridge DC Motor Driver on my arduino as follows...
Ard 5v <> Bridge 5+
Ard Gnd <> Bridge Gnd
Ard PWM1 <> Bridge PWM1
Ard PWM2 <> Bridge DIR1
Bridge Power <> 12v 16A Input PSU
Bridge Ground <> PSU Ground
Bridge Motor1 <> Servo1
Bridge Motor1 <> Servo1

The problem is that when i power up the circuit, the bridge sends the 12v directly to the motor witch spins like crazy. When i remove the 5v from the arduino then the spining stops.... I tested all my 4 bridges with same result. :(

You post in the wrong category, this is not a simulator -> moved
You connect a PWM to the direction pin?

I have connected DIR1 of the bridge with the PWM PIN2 of the arduino and PWM of the Bridge with the PWM PIN3 of the arduino board! :)

*Thanks for the correction :)

Hello
Maybe you could share the link of the Hbridges you are using ?
