3DOF Motor question

Hi!
I plan to build a 3DOF Seat system for using with my oculus rift.

What is the mimim torque for this kind of system? I think the platform, including pilot, will have about 130kgmax.
The system is held up by a damper, so the motors don't need that much power (?). I just need a seat, my horas system and rudder pedals
