Searching driver for rs232 to rs485 converter

I have a x-sim cockpit that was working with windows vista perfectly, but since I installed windows 7 is not working properly (it stops). So, I think that can be the driver from the converter, maybe its the Xsim software, but dont think.

I have the converter that you can see below.

Did you dl the latest FTDI drivers and did you follow the SCN5 software post how to setup this adapter?
