Two Issues. 6DOF platform + X-sim + AMC1280USB

Hello,
At first, my excuse for my bad English.
I have met some problems when i test the X-sim with my AMC1280USB.

Problem1:

When i use X-sim3 test my AMC1280USB I select the interface plugin "Thanos6DOF" and then click the "Open setting" button,the Thanos Stewart Platform Control Software shows like this:

all the symbol ' ° ' become ' ? '.

Problem2:

When i pull the scroll bar of Platform Position.The first 6 bargraph (represent the setpoints values)on LCD have no change.But show like this:


DO NOT KNOW WHY?
