help with controller please

hi there i have the ARDUINO MEGA 2560 card two 24v 3.5A wheel chair motors will the DC Motor Driver, DROK L298 Dual H Bridge Motor Speed Controller DC 6.5V-27V 7A PWM Motor Regulator…work with these motors or am i going to have a problem with chatter noise
