Software install issue

Hi there,

I am trying to install the software and it looks like it's working but it doesn't seem to complete. The setup window never closes from the taskbar. However, if I close the window by right clicking it on the taskbar I can go into the program but I dont think the program is working 100%, as per the youtube video.

I have a windows 10 system. I had a lot of issues with another simulator software and was hoping I could find a better solution here, but once again I seem to be struggling.

Is Win 10 an issue with these programs?
