Unable to launch the extractor.

At this point I am close to giving up so my last resort is to ask you guys. Every time I try to launch the extractor I get a "An error occurred in the secure channel support" window and I cant progress further. Is the server down? I tried waiting the "coffee break" screen and that let me get in to the app but I wasnt able to configure anything (I am assuming this is by design and only donators have access to that). I tried switching from windows xp to win7 and I still get the exact same issue. I am honestly very lost and confused. If anyone has any info on this please let me *

This is the certificate/fingerprint of the database server. It has recently changed and windows cache the old one without an update. You must clear this cache. However I did never get this message and do not know where you can clear it.
Reinstall windows is not recommended :)
