how to center USO output positions in game play

I believe to reproduce the same error, First i would have to have the inverse math work correctly again. Its messed up on my PC and stuck this way. So I would either have lo load it on another PC, or try to reinstall 3.0.0.1 on my laptop, then try to recreate the problem while recording my steps.

My other PC's dont have any connection to the internet, and dont want to uninstall the laptop at this time.

When the next beta comes out, I will load and try it again. If the problem is gone, i will see if i recreate the issue and file a bug repot with the steps.

The issue isnt holding anyone up at this time, but I will report it if i can recreate it at a later date...
