Use the RegistryCleaner tool located in the x-sim/otherstuff folder. For sure it will work.

I would like to have the defect registry for my reference.
Can you open the registry editor and export the HKLM/Software/X-Sim Path?

Hello, I had the same problem with the latest version, clean the registry, reinstalling everything and was still failing and I remembered the last thing I install on Windows 7, which was to link mobile phone to bluetooth device, unlink the phone and I start the converter.
