Extractor unable to connect - go on line solved with post #8838

Hi Folks,
Just installed 3.0.1.8 x-Sim - (had the previous version and it ran well)
I click on the X-Sim Extractor, the little circle starts, but it does not make connection with server.
I get an Error Box - X-Sim database server not reachable, the free version of X-sim........

I have my firewall set to ignore/exclude all the X-Sim executables.

As stated, the previous version ran fine. I have used the registry cleaner as you folks have suggested.

I have re-installed three times. Once, putting the program in the root of C:\, the next to in Program Files (86).
I am running Windows 7 HP, 64 bit.

What do I need to do to get my X-Sim up and running????
