Login problem / Internet problem! solved with post #17465

Extractor won't connect, says :"Login problem / Internet problem!"
I'm on Win7 x64 SP1.

Open internet explorer and login to forum. If ok, then it works on X-Sim.

I also had that problem today.
What I have seen is that Windows update so I restored the previous day pc.
and it has been fixed

I'm logged in via Internet Explorer as i'm typing this, but I still can't login with Extractor. I've added it to Windows Firewall exceptions and my other Antivirus\Firewall software is shut down.

I have the same problem. Everything worked fine until yesterday, now I cannot open Extractor, and get the message 'Login problem / Internet problem'. The forum opens OK in Internet Explorer, I checked the firewall and tried to reinstall X-sim Extractor, but still no luck. Running Windows 8, by the way.

Which update number exactly (win7)?
I have here latest updates and working fine.

Got same problem now and did analyse this.
Genrally advice: try to login more often if this happens and close all other IE windows.
It seems that there is a big mistake in the forum software which do block multible logins, for example if you do login with IE and X-Sim.
I did some changes and hope this will help.

If users have this problem again (and IE forum login does work) please try to close all IE and write here your results.
This maybe one of the biggest problems and maybe we found the solution.

Download XP-Antyspy and set max server Connection of internet explorer to 10.

I just upgraded to Windows 10, and the problem went away.

same Problem here. Im using Windows 10 and Firefox, the Extractor worked onetime at thursday. Yesterday no chance, today also. I changed my emailadress but same problem.
