X-Sim extractor will not log on solved with post #1438

My extractor had been working great ( thanks for this awesome software BTW ) but for the last 6-8 weeks it has failed to log on ? I have tried the same login details that get me onto this forum but nothing seems to work ? every time I try to login it just brings login screen back up ?

This means something is wrong with your internet access.
This is not a bug and I move the thread to the fitting forum.

Begin with opening your IE and try to get into the forum, does this work (sometimes the IE blocks something)?
Look at your firewall, does it allow all ports?
Clear the IE cookies!

Hi thanks for the response,unfortunately I have tried clearing cookies,deleting firewall rules,uninstall reinstall of extractor ? This issue began when it looked like x-sim might not continue,I do not mind paying for an offline play dongle but unsure if that is the answer either ? ( I only use for buttkicker in iracing at present ) It's as if my details are gone from online database for extractor ?

Yes but to no avail ? And then I noticed the case sensitive statement on the login page and....... ( I'll save you the bother I'm an idiot ) needless to say back up and running and my apologies for wasting your time,I couldn't see the forest for the trees

Sorry, I have just seen you are using fake email accounts. The forum software can't help you if you fake accounts here.

I had a similar problem. The problem in my case was that my password had special characters in it i.e. not just letter and numbers
