Uncheck not needed plugins !

Dear guys,
Am new here, I just installed XSim. First time the extractor launched without having any trouble but the second time onwards it started checking all the plugins , and there is a small window alert saying uncheck not needed plugins. I am trying to login through extractor , but immediately the internet connection stops and it says no internet connection. As mentioned in this forum first I tried login with IE and then in extractor. Still same issue is there. Can anyone help me out with this. Thanks in advance.
