Extractor won't connect with Convertor

Greetings,
I've just downloaded the new update and I can't get Extractor to connect with the Converter. I read and performed all of the requested info in the video, but when I hit the game play button all I get is a messege that "profile successfully stopped " the same thing occured when I tested the Beta version. It has happend on all my computers running Windows 7. I have worked for 6-7 hours on this and am very fustrated. What Am I missing? Currently, I'm running Profiler 2 until I get this worked out.

Try to reset everything to default.

Go to X-sim folder -> reset to default -> clear all X-sim settings.

And restart PC.

After that just reload your saved profile.

Worked for me after the extractor didn't start up.
