Hi!!! Need help with the extractor app

I recently came in this "simulation world", and, well, I'm having some issues with the Software X-Sim extractor, I started the app and it showed me a Log-in banner, I tried to login but for some reason is not letting me, just the login banner appears again and again, please help!!!

Did you read tha part of special characters in password in the registration form?
