Problemas con USO en el puerto COM

Saludos cordiales. Estoy realizando un simulador 2dof pero no he podido poder decifrar el error que me mantiene atascado por ahora. el mensaje de error es el siguiente= (error opening USO comport COM3. the comport is used by another plugin or USO entry. You may disable all interface plugins and try to clean all USO comports . Another reason clould be a disconnect of the USB line be interferences of the motor. You must also insure you are using the newest drivers.

Yo tengo el mismo problema con el USO y el puerto COM ocupado.
Pudiste solucionar el problema?
Estoy atascado con lo mismo.

It is what is written ther in the box.
You are using the comport twice. In USO and with a hw plugin or another program. It is not possible by windows to use a comport twice.
