Using the video plugin for 360 degree videos

Hi everyone. I am creating multiple 360 degree videos to play in Oculus Rift. I would like to generate motion output for my Atomic A3 motion simulator.

I have messed around with the x-sim's video plugin. Is this video plugin suitable for generating motion output for for VR videos? I have searched everywhere, and I haven't found anything so far.
