My scn5 rig

Athough It had been almost a year since I started my SCN5 project,but I haven't show it on x-sim till *
For I had no DIY experience before.This project was really a big challenge to me.
I started with the framework design first, Thanks to the project gallery, I had so many good examples as reference.
But for I want to use the motion rig in my living room(using big surround system).I had to design everything movable.
So I separate the whole rig into 3 parts:
1) Front part: It is designed base on an old wheel stand(for wheel, pedal, three shifters, Bass shakers for the front part of the chassis), And also combined with an old computer desk(for the middle monitor of the triple screen,the Amp of bass shaker system,the wind simulator ) .
2) Motion part( a movable platform with wheels): include 40*40 aluminium frameworks. the racing seat, actuators,control and power,3 bass shakers for the rear of the chassis and the seat.
3) Two Monitors locked on two surround speaker stands. Which to build a movable triple screen system.
Because of the budget,my original plan is to use wiper motors+ardunino.
But just before I want to buy the wiper motors,It was very lucky to find the 2nd hands SCN5 sold on web with a reasonable price. So I changed my design to SCN5 immediately.Following are some pics , hope you like.
