I would like to introduce my motion project. It is basically based on a sabertooth 2x25A motor controller and a kangaroo V2 by Dimension Engineering.

The motion platform is build on wood, but stable enough to move and carry the full payload of a Flightsimulator.
On the bottom I used a tyre to carry the most payload. In the front there are two electronic actuators which can handle the movement without no problems.
A bit slow, but enough speed for an airliner.
The position feedback is solved by a diy linear range potentiometer, in order to give feedback of the full travel range of the actuators.
I hope that my project can help some guys to find their own solution.
