DIY - G-Seat TK simulator

Postby TomKlash » Sun 10. May 2020, 16:54

Hi,

I present my DIY G-Seat simulator.

It based on G-Seat system. The purpose is to generate G-force on pilote with almost no movement.
The bucket seat is slice in 3 parts. The backrest is a the only fixed part, seat and the top of the seat (behind the shoulder) are mobile parts.

Bottom of seat transcribe longitudinal G-force, top of the seat combine longitudinal/lateral G-force.

The system is actuated by 3 DC motors of 150 W. The electronic part is composed by Aduino Uno with 3 H-bridges (MotoMonsterShield).

You can import your simulator into unity and run a bone simulation if you have such cad stuff.
If a answer is correct or did help you for a solution, please use the solve button.

What do you mean by "run a bone simulation" ? Mechanical analysis (strength of materials) ?
