You have to decide:
a.) you use the USO and low resolution of 127 positions, then you have to lock the USO comport (checkbox) or delete the hires pololu plugin DLL file
b.) remove all USO entries and get entries in the interface setup
(your picture do not show any pololu interface in the interface setup because your dialog is infront of it)
Making entries in both dialogs make no sense and will block the comport for the other solution.

However, use 3.0.1.8, there are some changes for the autodetection.

3.0.1.8 version solve the prob now i see the jrk12v in my interface settings i will try it now ...thank u sirnoname
