FrexGP Scn6 issue, HELP please¡¡¡¡

I've purchased 3 SCN6 150mm actuators from Frex Japan. After their arrival I've tried to setup their ID and I'm having problems with two of them.

I'm using Dyadic original software to change their ID.
MVST2 ServoMotor Configurator

If I power on the communication box that contains the USB converter and the power suply, both faulty SCN6 controllers shows a Green light

but with one of them, whem I choose the com port that I had setup on my device manager and click over OK shows an error message that says:
Failed in opening communication port.

And the other actuator shows a message that says:
Problem: Communication Error: #0901
Make sure communication port selection and axis number

Problem: Communication Error: #0601
Make sure communication port selection and axis number



Could you help me please??
