Hydraulic 6DOF motion rig

Hi!

Me and few my friends are planning todo hydraulic 6dof motion rig with x-sim3 software.

Now id love to you fellow geeks to confirm that im on a right track to get all electornics to control these hydraulic cylinders

1. PC that runs the software and x-sim3 that communicates with Velleman K8055N
2. Velleman K8055N to control cylinder valves and recieve position from cylinders(some how) or do i need Arduino between PC and Velleman ?
3. Open or Closed hydraulic valves to control fluid movment into cylinder that communicates with Velleman K8055N (or Arduino)
