Buttkicker lfe please help with setup

Hi,
I bought a buttkicker lfe with an amplifier and I would like to use it with my sim. I notice there is a basshaker option in the x-sim software. I connected the buttkicker lfe directly with my soundcard. There is an opportunety to test the basshaker with the converter which I have done but there was no reaction on my buttkicker. I need really help form the set up.
If anyone has a buttkicker lfe as well, it would be great if I can have some help.

Can you post a screenshot of your settings - if you doubleclick on the basshaker in the interface section?
