Have you tested it with weight on, yourself on the seat?

I need to upgrade the power supplies or maybe use a car battery.....

Or use both paralel ! ;)

Yes, try to connect them in parallel, your current PC PSU probably can't handle the spikes, a car battery could be of good use in this case.

Helloooooooo

My 12v 30A power supplies arrived!!!!!

No more shuting downs!!!! (old psu thermalteke)

It`s working perfect!!!!

BUT

The motors are very HOT on load.. after 15 minutes, I can`t touch them...

What Coud it be??

I had to change "intensity value on the axis) on the math Output setup to 30 %.... If I leave at 100 (default) the motors shake a lot...

it coud be a KP settings? I have 5:5

THANKS

KP settings? Where are those, I can't remember *.

Have you add mean value filter in your Math section, below all G-forces, to remove motor shakings? I've put mean filter with value of 5-10, depends on the game. You can try with 10 then reduce or add if to suit your feeling.

I got the same isue with only one of my two wiper motors, i ask a car mechanics guy and he told me that my motor should be "too used", i opened the motor and i saw sings of to much "wear" signs... i changed the motor and we got back to the cool.

may be you could try an experiment with another motor.

by the way, i was told that if your motors gets too hot, you can "ground them" and if it hapends, you will have a nice big short circuit that could fry your whole system.

best regards

No it got nothing to do with the convertor. It is the PID setting of thanos AMC 1.6.

my motor should be "too used", i opened the motor and i saw sings of to much "wear" signs...

Normally it is not necessarily needed to change the whole motor. Just bring it to a company who could remove some of the collector with a lathe. If necessary replace the brushes and put some grease to the bearings and you are ready for a year again with daily use.

The motors are very HOT on load.. after 15 minutes, I can`t touch them...

That sounds like a serious problem. even after 3-4 hours session my wipers get even a bit more than "handwarm" - even with an very responsive PID setting and without mean-values or smoothness-filter (which I like most).

Can you explain what you did to make your wipers "ground and potential" free AND how you checked this?
