How to setup CKAS W3s 6DOF Platform solved with post #21373

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use the CKAS 6DOF Platform from my university, but impossible to connect it to my computer.

I've tried to reboot everything twice, but it didn't seem to work. My computer detecs correctly the platform as an external hardware and says the driver is correctly installed. But when I try to launch SimCore to calibrate the simulator it says 'No Motion System detected' and shuts down.

Does anybody already had this problem ? I googled everything I could but always go back to the CKAS website where they caim it's supposed to be USB plug and play...
