New Windows 10 update breaks Extractor

Hi A recently released update for Windows 10 is crashing the Extractor on start. (Extractor.exe has stopped working).

The update is this one:

I've deinstalled it, and now Extractor is working again.

Bad news, the last flash Update did same strange things.
I will have a look to it in about a week, for now you need to uninstall this plugin if possible in W10.

Updated to Win 10 but all is working perfect. No crash.

Same again now with creator update (10.07.2017)
I did a rollback to solve the problem...but that´s not a good solution.

Update: ReInstall in user default e.g.
C:\Users\xxx\X-Sim\
dir and it works again! Thanks Sirnoname!

Problem is still not solved for some Plugins.
If LockOn or the DCS Plugin is used the Extractor start only once.
After rebooting it hung @ "Get last profil".
After clearing profil (no plugin used) the extrator runs perfekt.
Install in C:\Users\xxx\X-Sim\ won´t change anything.
Also deleted all other plugins und wizard scripts, no solution.
Admin rights are set on all x-sim files.
Testet on Win10 with Fall and Spring Update.
Without the win10 updates the extractor works - but this is Dead End.
