Can you be more specific? and give us more details such as type of simulator (seat mover, joyrider, GSeat, 6dof...), Documentation, of your actuators, Vellerman model, URL Link.
We would be delighted to see some pictures of your parts. ;-)

I'm sorry, you're right ... the simulator is a car cut off, put on a gimbal. The card is a velleman K8055 and the pistons are camozzi 63x 350mm of excursion.

This is a good project, but I do not understand how to measure the position of the pneumatic piston and give the information to the K8055. Sorry but I am a new user and I don't have experience.

For feedback i'm using potensiometers from automotive throttle body.

He is not measuring the actuator position but the angular result with a pot

Look for eBay "Throttle Position Sensor"
old models are potentiometers and newer are Hall effect (contactless)
