x-sim finally working race07 profiles ???

Hi all

can anyone help regarding my sim i have it working and moving with race07 but its very very very jerky when you drive ?
if i brake in a straight line the seat will not go forward but it goes to angles and not really what the car would be doing ?
Have i calibrated it wrong ?
I did the normal setup first with a profile, I opened the rock n ride green seat pickture 1st, to get the graphic to appear, then i select the 3d force prifile and then close the errors that pop up and use the graphic from rock n ride to calibrate the game profile setup when i run it.
I can start new ones and do this but when its nice and stable and not jerking around i then run with the motion but then its terrible.
Does anyone have a profile i could try so i can get an idea what whats and what i should expect if thats a problem, is it because its a demo ??
Im doing my best being a noob and trying work out for myself but it really is alot to understand atm and i really would just love a lil go on a game working as it should and maybe a rollercoaster for my kids to go in before i take it down and go for the build in my shed.
