I must be very stupid becasue I cannot set it up

I am sorry but I am completely lost here. I am trying to power my 2DOF (Prosimu simulator Two) with or without 4 transducers (I use *) but nothing works. I am able to run somehow the iR game, but no controller is active, no pedals, DSD box, wheel (CSW), shifters, etc.

Is there any simple procedure or I need to study rocket science to be able to set it up myself. I cannot believe I am so stupid
