3 DOF Winch Motor Simulator

a Few years ago I was interested in making a simulator based on a design that was on here. Now I cant seem to find it.

It was made from a winch motor and was 3DOF, I think it was a german guy who built it, it was the second most popular design at the time I believe (after the winch motor one made from PVC Pipes)

It used a large spring, with a universal joint and a seat ontop, with winch motors powering it.. Does anyone have any idea of the sim im thinking of? And a link to the youtube video?
