I am from Egypt and I need some help

1. The inverter that I found is Shnider ,VFD, 1hp, 220v, 3 phase output, 1 phase input. Other type is LS IC5 with same specs
2. AC motor 1/2 hp 1400rpm with gear 70:1
3. potentiometer 10 and 5 turn will it work (can I use it ?)
4. I did not found a MagnePot Non-Contacting Rotary Position on Sensor, Is the potentiometer is enough ?
5. I did not found braking resistor in Egypt, Is it a must ? Can I make the 6DOF without it ?
6. Are there any other parts do you recommend ?
7. Is the sound of 6 motors will be very loud and noisy to extent that will annoy the neighbors ? sorry for this question
