60:1 Worm Gearboxes Dual Shaft For Sale

I have 6 Canimex 60:1 worm gear crank arm gearboxes for sale. These are used surplus and were purchased for a 6 DOF platform and never used.
Here are the specs:
Ratio – 60:1
Dual Shaft
Size – 50 (means 50mm distance between input and output shaft)
Shaft Size: input shaft – 5/8”, output shaft – 3/4”
Crank Arm: Center to Center distance: 73mm
Uses 90 weight gear oil
Bearings: input shaft bearing – 6203, output shaft bearing – 6204
Oil Seal: input shaft – 17x30x7 (mm) X1, output shaft – 20x35x7 (mm) X2

Designed to be used with up to 1 HP a/c motors at 1800 RPM.

What type of motor mount is used for these? What is the output torque rating on the, based on 1 hp. input.
Live in Alabama.

Hi Tom,

Sorry, I forgot to post that info. The output torque at 3/4 HP is just over 750 inch pounds. I don't actually have the info for a 1 HP motor. You could get this info from Canimex I guess. These are discontinued units but parts and specs are still available.

As for the motor mount, it can be anything you design. The input shaft is 5/8" diameter with a keyway. I coupled it to my a/c motor with a one piece solid shaft coupling from McMaster-Carr. The motor I have has it's own mounting plate and I shimmed the gearbox up just a little to line up the shafts. It was very easy to do.
